Post-Construction Cleaning

Rough
Post-Construction Clean

When to Schedule: Before Carpet installation and after water & power are on, and the interior has been painted. We like to combine the non ladder windows with the Rough (we will get the ladder windows after the sod is installed) We clean the glass, tracks, and frames inside and out. With the Rough Clean, we clean the bathrooms and the kitchen. If the rough isn’t ready or doesn’t have water we can clean without water just please notify us so we can bring buckets. We will sweep the house on the Rough clean all the cabinets inside and out and clean on top of all protective covering to allow the dust to settle on it for the Final Clean.

Final
Post-Construction Clean

When to Schedule: House is completed This involves removing all protective coverings and thoroughly cleaning the entire house, preparing it for inspection. While we can combine the Rough and Final cleaning if your schedule is tight, we strongly advise against it. Doing so tends to stir up a significant amount of dust, which can prolong subsequent cleaning sessions. Such houses typically require additional cleaning visits to ensure the satisfaction of the new homeowner.

Pressure wash
Post-Construction Clean

When to schedule: Ready as soon as the sod is installed, and we have access to water. This is often combined with the Final clean but is ready after the sod is installed to prevent mud going into the street. We soft wash all of the flatwork including the garages, front and back porches, side walk, and around the lower portion of the house from where the dirt got onto the exterior of the house. We have 4 gallon per minute pressure washers, the volume of the water is more important than the pressure. This is also combined with the high windows that require a ladder.
