3. How soon after the punch-list walk-through can you schedule a clean?

Usually within 24–48 hours.

4. What’s the difference between a rough, final, and touch-up clean?

Shoot us plans or a take-off. We’ll send back a fixed quote—no sneaky “Oh, you wanted windows too?” extras.

6. Are you licensed, insured, and OSHA-compliant?

Absolutely. We carry:

  • $2 M general liability

  • Workers’ comp for every crew member

  • Ongoing OSHA-10 / OSHA-30 training

Translation: if anything (or anyone) goes sideways, you’re protected.


7. Do your crews bring their own supplies?

Yes. Our vans roll in loaded with:

  • HEPA vacuums (because drywall dust is basically glitter with a grudge)

  • Eco-certified, low-VOC chemicals

  • Microfiber everything

  • Ladders, scrapers, squeegees, magic-whatever-sticks

11. Can I schedule online or do I need to play phone tag?

We love a good chat, but efficiency rules. Use our AI-powered booking portal (it’s like Calendly, but wearing a hard hat) found on the top-right “Book Now” button. Enter site address + service type, and the bot spits out available slots instantly.


12. Is Atlanta Clean Tech pet-friendly?

13. How do you keep dust from settling back after you’re done?
