Post-Construction CleanWhen to schedule: Ready as soon as the sod is installed, and we have access to water.
This is often combined with the Final clean but is ready after the sod is installed to prevent mud going into the street. We soft wash all of the flatwork including the garages, front and back porches, side walk, and around the lower portion of the house from where the dirt got onto the exterior of the house. We have 4 gallon per minute pressure washers, the volume of the water is more important than the pressure. This is also combined with the high windows that require a ladder.
